Our Refund Policy
At Yoga Book Haven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns for opened items within 14 days if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package the item securely with all the original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.
Refund Timing
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions
Some items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, including:
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

While having your order confirmation email is helpful, we can also look up your purchase using the email address associated with your order.
